Decided to head out this morning even though there was a small craft warning advisory in effect and to my surprise when I got to the boat there was no wind or waves lol. Set up troll in the lower bay and had non-stop action for 2+ hours. I would say there was at least 15+ landed up to 25 pounds. All of the larger fish were caught on white and chartreuse rockfish candy tandem mojos and the smaller fish were caught on a chartreuse spinner 6 inch shad 9er's lures umbrella rig. The 9 inch storm shads did not produce today but you always have to keep one out just in case! With the rain forecasted for this Saturday and Mothers day on Sunday I will probably be taking the rest of the week off but I will be gearing up for sea bass season which opens up next weekend.
