Fishing Report for 05/12/2022

Decided to make a quick trip after the big storm that just passed to do an exploratory trip. We got lucky and found a big body of fish close to home that did not seem too fazed by the dirty water. We ended up with about 12 fish to 20 pounds in 2 hours and lost countless others. We usually don't loose many fish but with the water being as dirty as it was the bass probably just couldn't see what they were hitting lol. What was also interesting is the bass were favoring the white lures opposed to the chartreuse ones which is odd because chartreuse normally works better in dirty water. All fish caught today were on white and chartreuse tandem mojos, 9 inch tsunami shads and a chartreuse spinner shad umbrella rig.
